I was thinking of getting one of them, but I don't know any pros or cons. Which one do you like better personally?

Well the Entama is basically just the Japanese Version of the Version 4. However, it cannot connect to the English V3. If you have a V3 you should get the V4 so you can connect them. Good luck!

I think the Entama is more extensive in features than the V4. They are not actually the same device, but there are similar features.
