So, after my previous tamagotchi left me, this thing appeared next to the egg of the new tamagotchi, and its still there even now. I don't have any idea what is this. Can anyone help?

Hi, does anyone know what's this thing next to my tama?

Hm, it looks like it might be there for some sort of Japanese Holiday. I know that on Tamagotchis, things like Chrismtas Trees appear on Christmas and Easter Bunnies on Easter.

Yes, it's the seasonal decoration for ohinamatsuri (doll's festival.) I suspect your Tamagotchi's date is set to late February or early March.
