Well, I was trying to get a Mametchi, but I didn't!!! I got Pyontitchi instead!!!! I had 102 Intellectual points!!! How much Intellectual points does Mametchi need???

It's not just skill points that determine what you will get. You have to raise them well too. Play games instead of using snacks, keep the weight down (way lower than 67 pds, for a teen that's very high), and go to school often. Sometimes you're just unlucky.

Try to get all the skill points at least above 20 next time. Don't let your Tamagotchi get sick, and everything else basically what jzwolf said.

Good luck!

okay then. Well my Teen is a Young Mimitchi, and i'm wondering how much Intellectual points she needs to evolve into Mimitchi herself.

I use to own a V4 and I Got Mimitchi. I just played lots of games and kept the skill points high almost to the limit. And keep Intelligence higher than the other skills

Try to get 150 Intellectual points (you don't need that many just get as many as you can) while also having good amounts of all your other skill points in order to get Mimitchi from Young Mimitchi or Ringotchi. Also, avoid high weight, illness, and snacks. You have a great chance of getting Mimitchi; I've had her 4 times on my V4s.

Good luck!

Out of the skill points and the general care, the general care is the most important by far.

The skill point that you're specialising your tama in actually dosen't even have to be over 80, as long as you don't have more points in another section.

When it comes to getting a job though, the skill points for the job you want has to be over 80.

Awesome!

Good job, I think I'm gonna try for a mimitchi too sometime soon. She's so pretty, and it's ages since I cared for one! :mimitchi:
Thanks and try your best. If you got a different character, then your Tamagotchi might have a different skill than the one you want your Tamagotchi to have. Just like Maya, I wanted her to be smart. So I raised her Intellectual points when she was Young Mimitchi. If you get Young Mimitchi, then raise the Intellectual points. Here's some advice, when your Tamagotchi is a child, don't up the skill points at all. You should get Young Mimitchi at that point. When you get her, up Young Mimitchi's Intellectual points to 190 or 180. You should have Mimitchi in about 2-3 days.

How do you care for a toddler, without raising the skill points at all, and avoid getting a universal character?

Don't you have to play games and stuff for it to become a healthy, non-universal adult?

Well, I cared for it by feeding it, and I didn't even raised any of the categories for the Skill Points when it was a toddler. After that, Maya became a Young Mimitchi (it's based on care when you get a teen when you have a toddler), then when she reached that point, I raised her Intellectual points to the 100s range. Then she became a Mimitchi. It's not that easy,

I'll defineatly try this out! thanks!

The weight is way too high. As a baby it should be no more than 10 lbs, as a toddler no more than 20, as a teen no more than 30 and as an adult no more than 40. The skill points shouldn't differ from each other too much and should all be over 20. I've never had a Universal and that's because I keep the weight near minimum (if it refuses to play games, that means it's a good weight!) and make sure the skill points are all over 20 by the time I get to the adult stage.

What I did was play the work or school game everyday until the no more points would continue to add up for the day. I would continue this every single day while taking good care if my Tama by playing games with it and looking after it when it needed attention. In the end I got Uramametchi... -_- Yes, I know, it's not Mametchi. If you're lucky enough you'll get him.
