I'm waiting with Maya (my little cutie Mimitchi) to see the Matchmaker, and she isn't coming! Maya's already 6 years old, and i'm waiting and waiting. Does she come at random?

Which version Tamagotchi are you running?
For some versions, she appears at these times: 10:30 AM, 3:00 PM, and 7:00 PM.
For other versions the times are different. For example, on the Music Star (v6), the times are: 12:30 PM & 4:30 PM.
Also, for some versions, she doesn't visit you; you have to visit her. For example, on the Famitama (V5) you need to use the dating show (through the TV icon), and on the Tama-Go (v7) you need to send you character to the Date Place, to see the matchmaker.

I have a V4, so maybe she appears on the next day at 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM.

Keep in mind you might get mail at those times too so if you get mail instead of the matchmaker, then you can set the time back to a minute before and try again.
