I've never seen this type of housing for the iD L. Not sure if its built in or not.

It just looks like some kinda sticky/glued on jewels. Unless I misunderstood...

you unlock those with tamatomos

Those you get much later in the game. I know OldSchoolTama has images of the icons in their log.

If you're talking about the shell design, it looks like the video uploader just added some jewels on a standard pink iD L.
If it's the icon background, no they're not custom. They're preloaded within the iD L, you just need to unlock them.
