So, as you no know (or not)..... I just got my Tamagotchi P2....

after i opened it, i relized it needed batteries....

I then found out the right screw was starting to get striped (worn out)...

I replaced it by getting my v4.5, unscrewing it's battery plate, and using one of the four smaller screws on the corners. don't worry if it looks too long, it will fit perfectly, no need to trim it...

(you can also use screws from any other conection)

I think you're confusing P2 with V2. P2 and P1 are the original tamagotchis released in 96 and 97. The V1 and V2 (what you have picture here) are the newer Tamagotchis (connection tamas).

I think he means that he took the screw out of the inside of a connection and used it on a P2 :p since he's talking about batteries and right screw, I think the connections only have 1 right?

Picture is not a v4.5 though

I could not find a v4.5 image, but all connections have identical screws...

The connection screws are way too big for a P1 or P2 :)

if its big in width, then you have the wrong screw

if it really long, don't worry, if you keep screwing it in, it will fit perfectly
