i have a v3 and a v4.5 and they both hatched at the same time and one is a boy and the other a girl.
I really wanna marry them C: like i have the love potion and everything ready <3
can i though? even though they are different versions?

Yup. ^-^ I've done it before, most non-color connection tamas can connect with each other, no matter the version

Sure, if they are old enough. 5 is pretty much universal as to them being able to marry and have babies. Good luck!

Don't use the love potion. It doesn't work on inter-version relationships, just same-version ones, so if you use it, you'll be wasting money.
Instead, just connect them (using "others" option of course) until their friendship level is 4 hearts, and then keep connecting until they're both old enough to marry.
Actually, only one of them has to be old enough to marry. The other one can be any age. (I found this out when i married a 1-year-old V3 Oyajitchi to my 6-year old V4 Maidtchi)
