I am on my second generation and I dont want my new tama to die but I got lovelitchi last time and am now raising her baby. Do I just ignore care calls or something? I am scared it'll die if I ignore it.
Whats the best way to get a mid care tama?

you ignore the care calls until the attention icon goes away, then you care for it. Every time you do that it counts as a care miss. If you do it like 10 times in a row then you'll probably get the hospital animation. Just don't ignore the calls for more than 20 minutes each time and it shouldn't die, it's probably get sick a few times htough
What I do is follow the growth charts and count my care misses. It's best to let the food empty but not the friendship meter.
