My Entama is 29 but he has not got a job yet...

I pause him A LOT but Things never delayed more than two days because of this before.

I need to wait more or I just marry him?

That's strange. I'd probably suggest marrying him before he dies on you first, though... just so you don't have to start over.

I have no idea of what is happening.
If he does not get a job I am going to marry him.

And also, how does the En-Tama get a job?
I know that he gets it some days after he becomes an adult.
Maybe that happened while he was asleep but as he was sleeping nothing happened and he did not get a job.
Can this happen?

Entamas get jobs a day or two after becoming an adult, I believe... they get a job interview and end up receiving a specific job according to their skill points. In your items list, where you would normally find his school bag at at earlier age, does he have an item of some sort that when used, he just leaves the screen for a few minutes and then comes back? If so, then he has a job. If not, then I'm curious... is his school bag still there, or...?
