It looks a bit like a vintage Tamagotchi but the design is wrong.
I haven't a clue what type of virtual pet it is. I'm guessing it's some type of rip off no-name brand.

Well the bird on the top of the shell is one of the growths of the chick pet so it may be a chickpet. I was interested in it but not for that price and that seller is a major pain to deal with. He thinks virtual pets are like packed with gold or something.

Also the two dinkie puppies he has are fakes as well as all his dinkie Dinos except one.
