Recommendations for USB infrared port

Hi everyone!

I just recently got a Tamagotchi ID L Blue and having lots of fun with it.
I want so much to transfer those wonderful downloadable items to my Tamgotchi device.
However, I do not have a phone with infrared and cannot seem to find any shop that sells infrared usb port in my area.

Do anyone here know where can I get one that is not too expensive online?

As for a USB infrared port, I just grabbed one from eBay, however using these devices can be very tricky and some people did not manage to make it work.
