Does anybody know what the download limit is for seeds on the ID L?

You are allowed of up to 5 items for download necessities (seeds/cleaning materials) for the iD L.

Yes, in Tama Depa, they go under the Daily Necessities together with the cleaning items and the standard built-in seeds.
