OK, i got on pc but whenever they give me codes for anything they are always 10 digits when there is 12 spaces and i have tried to do it multiple ways but it isnt working

OOOK, what version do you have? V3, V4, or V4.5? You might or might not be using the right TamaTown site.
If it doesn't let you buy a plane ticket, that means you either have too many items or not enough Gotchi points.
On the V4/V4.5 site, there are 2 kinds of codes. There are 14-digit ones, which you use to log in and out of TamaTown (along with your username) and there are 10-digit codes, which you use at the "password" section (under the games/activity icon) to get items and souvenirs from TamaTown (these shorter passwords are given after you enter the logout code from TamaTown onto the Tamagotchi).
Please do tell which version you have and whether this information helps, just so we can tell what you're trying to do on TamaTown.

its the really egg shaped one with the games shoot the bug and long jumper but i don't think that helps

Oh! So that's the Tama-Go.
Unfortunately the Tama-Go/Music Star TamaTown is down, and has been for around 6 months now.
