i heard from a topic that the tama p can interact with any id tama but cannot send or recive items.

is the P a new generation?

Yes, it is an entirely new series released by Bandai JP just last November 23rd.

PS - It's called "Tamagotchi P's" not "Tamagotchi P"... the 's is part of the official product name.

so thats why we now have puzzle peices instead of happy symbols.... i would say thats sort of a weird name to replace 'happy symbols'
