A collection .ZIP package is a compressed folder containing the individual .JPG download files. If you can't see the contents of the .ZIP by double-clicking on it, you need to install a utility such as WinZIP, 7-Zip, or WinRAR (this last one also has a version for the Mac.) Once you can see inside the .ZIP, simply select the files you want, and copy them to a location outside the .ZIP (such as an SD Card that can be inserted into your IR-equipped cellphone.)

depending on the OS you shouldn't need a program to open .ZIP files
just double-click the Zipped Folder (.ZIP) and drag the files out of it.

To add to that, if you own a Linux Distro (I know this for Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu and Edubuntu for sure) you can extract/view the files with a program named Ark. Comes standard with the OS.
