This is just a random poem dedicated to four people. Only two of them are likely to be reading this, but I don't think I have to name them.

You didn't tell me lies
And you didn't run away
That is all I need
In a good friend today.

You didn't go against me
You always did defend me
At first I thought it was a game
Or a dream, not real...

You didn't leave me behind
While you go someplace
Where I can't go
Because of my age...

You didn't disappear
But everyone else did.
That's not a lie
I'm all too used to goodbyes.

Maybe it's just me
Or maybe, really
Something has come true
That I never thought it would do.

Note to a person who I don't have to name: If you want to say this is about you (and others), then this time, I'm not going to deny it.

It is a very nice poem, thank you for writing it! The only problem is some of the words do not rhyme quite right, but that's okay.
