They are both pretty cool. Look at the points that interest you. The 15th has lots of things tucked in as the TamaP has many new features.
I think I prefer my TamaP. Character wise, I think I like them more.

I'm getting the P's, because I looked up for the Royal change pierce and the Tama circuss and I fell in love :'D
