I've been getting Fashionable and Charismatic points on my Tamagotchi Ps ever since I got it, and those are the points needed to get the adult Kiraritchi. I had the right teen and the right number of care misses. Himespetchi is the other potential adult that can evolve from the teen Nokobotchi with 0-2 care misses, but she needs completely different skill points, so I was sure I'd get Kiraritchi. I ended up with Himespetchi! How is this possible, when I didn't have a single one of the skill points needed for Himespetchi?
