ok, so my little mametchi boy john got his matchmaker visit today. the matchmaker showed me a kutchipatchi. what? i though kuchis were male characters. i clicked ok to see what would happen. and sure enough, i had a baby. ive never had 2 tamas of the same gender marry on my v3 before. 0-0 is this normal?

V3 characters are both female and male.

Tamagotchi characters had no designated genders until the v4 came along. So, two now designated female characters could be either male or female and marry each other. I always thought it strange when my male v1, v2, and v3 tamagotchis evolved into more feminine adults. I'm not sure, though, how I feel about that change. :P

yeah there was never any designated genders in that version, with the exception of the baby charaters, and the oldie charaters.
