The sun was rising in my small bedroom window while I jumped out of bed. Saturdays always seem to bore me, but not this one. This day was probably one of the best days of my life. Casually, I walked into the bathroom and saw a note near the mirror. Memetchi came round yesterday, so she must of wrote it. It said that I had to go to Patchi Forest tommorow morning, which was today. Strange, but I was sure there was nothing wrong.
"Mametchi! Breakfast!" My mom shouted, as always. I couldn't be bothered to reply because she says that everyday. I ran downstairs and quickly ate a toast. "In a hurry?" Mom whispered.
"Actually, yeah." I replied "Memetchi told me to meet up with her in Patchi forest..Is that okay?"
"Don't stay too late!"
Twisting a cap over my head, I ran out of my house and headed to Patchi Forest while waving at loads of people. "Morning, Mametchi!" Kikitchi said. I just smiled because I was in such a rush, or maybe it was me thinking that I had to get there quickly. Tamagotchi Planet is so lively, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Finally, I fell to the ground of Patchi Forest. I looked up to see Memetchi and Kuchipatchi, they looked like they were very worried. "Anything..wrong?" I asked them.
"No...well...yes" Memetchi replied, nervously playing with her curl. Kuchipatchi kept silent.
"Tell me!" I screamed, angrily. "You didn't drag me here for nothing!"
"We saw a....Human-tchi.." Kuchipatchi mumbled "T-T-There-tchi!" He pointed at a bunch of trees.
"So..?" I said, staring at the trees. "They're probably just visitors! They could be scared of us too!"
They both nodded in disagreement. Suddenly, we saw Tarakotchi taking a walk in Patchi Forest while munching on some Teriyaki Chicken. "Hey, Tarakotchi!" I waved.
"Hey there!" He waved back.
"You scared of humans?" I asked "Just wondering, because Memetchi and Kuchipatchi are!"
"Nah...They are just like us!" Tarakotchi started walking away.
"You see---Tarakotchi? TARAKOTCHI?"
Me, Memetchi and Kuchipatchi watched in amazement as Tarakotchi grew a bit tall, and grew a bit of hair. He also got some arms and his legs were nice and tall. Not only that, he was wearing a suit! "A human! Tarakotchi is a human!" Memetchi shouted at me, after being silent for a few minutes. "I told you Mametchi, this is what I was talking about! We're losing Tamas, they are all turning into humans!"
"Look..Memetchi..I'm really sorry about that!" I sighed.
"It's okay.." Memetchi replied "First we have to find out how this is happening!"
"Uh...What just happened? I guess I'll just continue..Bye guys!" Tarakotchi said in his low voice, and continued to walk and eat.
"Haha..I wonder what will happen when he looks in the mirror-tchi!" Kuchipatchi laughed. Memetchi giggled a bit with him. "Guys, this is not a laughing matter. Come with me, we can get clues!" I led them to lots of places, last of all we came to a cave. "Oooh, a footprint-tchi!" Kuchipatchi said, staring at a deep, medium- sized footprint. Randomly, he put his foot in it. "Oh Kuchipatchi, your foot is half the size of...OH MY GOTCHI!" Memetchi screamed. What happened to Tarakotchi, was happening to Kuchipatchi right now! He grew taller..and got hair...and everything a human had. Although I have to say, he did grow a little more fat than Tarakotchi. He was still green though. "Oh Kuchipatchi!" Memetchi whispered softly, and flooded into tears. "No-no, Memetchi, everything is going to be fine!" I assured her, patting her on the back.
"I've grown tall-tchi!" Kuchipatchi said, looking down at us. The footprint, which was filled with mud, was shining gold. Memetchi thought it was because of the sun. Wiping her tears, she told me "This footprint looks great dosen't it? Suntchi can do amazing things," She felt the footprint with her hands.
Like Kuchipatchi, and Tarakotchi, she turned into a human except her curl was made into lots of curls, just like Makiko! I sighed and sat down. Suddenly, something hit me. "The footprint..THATS IT!" I announced, standing up "Memetchi, you said you saw other humans, right?"
"Right!" She replied happily, looking at her curls.
"So...if anyone touches a Human Footprint...They turn into a Human themselves! Maybe Doctortchi will know about this!" I explained, and started writing a letter about the whole thing to Doctortchi on the back of Memetchi's note, with a pen that I carry around with me all the time. After I finished, I questioned "But Doctortchi's hospital is miles away! We can't get there in time!" No one replied, but a birdtchi came and sat on a rock. "Birdtchi, can you take this letter to Doctortchi's hospital please?" I pleaded. The birdtchi put the letter in it's beak, and took it to the Hospital. "Let's hope all goes well."
