from what I saw on the Pokemon Wiki, is that MISSINGNO. (Missing Number) evolves into Kangaskhan. Does that mean MISSINGNO. is something that we don't know? It usually takes form of a ghost, two fossil Pokemon, or a Grovyle as its animated sprite. It's actual form is a L-shaped chunk of fuzz, and is usually found in Pokemon Yellow as a "Glitch Pokemon" taking place in the PokeDex as #000. It was clear that Missingno. was made of 8x8 pixels, and was Kangaskhan's pre-evolution form. My theory is that MissingNo. is actually a Baby Kangaskhan that was never mentioned in the game alone. See how there is only female Kangaskhan? There was no males. MissingNo. could actually be a male, but it was classified as "Genderless". Since MissingNo. evolves into a Kangaskhan, the Kangaskhan it might evolve into could be a male. (Sorry if I'm repeating myself.) Some say that Ditto can clone a Kangaskhan if you breed it with a female, and it might turn out to be a Cloned "Male" Kangaskhan, and Ditto could be the Cloned "Male" Kangaskhan when breeding with the females. The MissingNo. Glitch fixes itself after it evolves into Kangaskhan, which kind of makes the theory that the MissingNo. Glitch could be a Baby Kangaskhan in disguise a little more clear. Some even say that Cubone is Missingno. himself, but in a skull of its mother's head. The mother could have had been a Kangaskhan or a Marowak at that point the Cubone got the skull on its head. Here's one more thing: the baby in the Kangaskhan's pouch could be a Cubone without the skull. The baby might have changed color and height when its mother died, and it wore the same skull on its head.
The question we are asking: What could MissingNo. actually be?
