I would be a cute and beautiful Shiny Munna, because I got this cute little Irreversible Munna Plush, and I named it Luna, since it means Moon. So I thought it was cute and I love Munna.

Eevee or Mew.
Eevee doesn't have to change and if one wanted to, it would be the choice of Eevee. When, which type... And so on.
Mew can use Transform. Can become any pokemon and then switch back to its ultra cute self. I think Mew might win here for me though.
