& i've heard that that means it recieved HORRIBLE care?

It evolved with perfect happy & hunger hearts AND perfect weight,

so why would it evolve into a Gozurotchi? I think her care chart might be a liiiiitle off.

Or perhaps it doesn't matter on care.
