I just bought a new in package V2 on ebay - excited! 
I was wondering if you guys know if batteries are included here and if not, what kind of batteries I will need?

Usually they are, but due to the age, i would remove it and check to make sure it's not leaked inside the unit. Then get a fresh CR2032 battery and pop it in and you should be good to go.

When buying a new battery, try to get a branded one. I have bought cheap ones and they don't last very long because they are unbranded and cheap.
