I bought tama profy just now. My mom put the battery into the tama profy and after I make profile and collect some tama hearts in tama profy, my mom take out the battery from tama profy. A few minutes later, I put the battery again into the tama profy. After that, I'm confused because there's question ( I can't understand some japanese ). So, I pick one of the answer. I shocked because it's restarted. So, what's the meaning of the questions ( there's 2 questions ) anyway ?

When you put batteries into your Tama Profy, and you've already started, it should show something that has two buttons. Download is the top one and Reset is the bottom one. If you select Reset, it will show another screen (confirmation), where download will take you to the TMGC screen with the animation. If you tap the screen, it should tell you to enter the date. I'll add pictures later.
