Hello TamaTalkers!

So as part of our recent software upgrade we gained the feature of turning on a 'best answer' button.  Basically, this lets the person who started a topic (or a moderator) mark on of the replies in their topic as the best answer.  As an experiment to see how it works I created the Questions and Answers forum.    Hopefully you all have had a chance to see it in action or have seen the general idea in other places.  I can turn this feature on in other existing forums on TamaTalk.  Do you think we should?  If no, why?  If yes, which forums do you think would benefit the most from this?

I think the Help section would be a good fit - this will help other readers which response is the most informative and/or accurate.

 

(Kind of similar as to how Yahoo! Answers work in a way)

Yeah it's like Yahoo! And I think it would be a great idea!

You are right that the help section is ideal for this kind of thing.  Is it something everyone thinks would be useful?

 

Are there any other areas where this might be useful?

I think the Help forums would be fine for now with that new feature

I think its a good idea as long its not over used or used on pointless awnswers

I have turned on the best answer feature for the TamaTown and e-Tamago, What Happened To My Tamagotch, Help For New Tamagotchi Owners and Seriously Tamagotchi forums.

I think this is a great idea! Also the forums you turned the best answer option on, are probably the ones best suited for it. I'm looking forward to using it.
