I have a question, the decos in the P'S unlock characters forever? or just if the deco is attached? thanks... and do you have a link with the P'S and ID L translated? thank you <3 :3

The characters on the piercings can only be unlocked when the pierce is attached.
Translated iD L and P's? There have been no complete translations as far as I can tell, but feel free to ask questions if you're lost. Many TamaTalkers have fought their way throughout the language barrier.
