I've heard from many people tamagotchi's can be toilet train and that some say that they can't? Would anyone like to shine some light on this?

If your Tama's training is high, it won't go poop on the floor. It'll go by itself. If it is low, then it will continue to poop on the floor.

Which tamas does this apply to?? I ordered a V3 connection. Will it work on that??

It will not work on a V3.   That would have been a good feature to incorporate into all the models after.. what is it?  I thought the GO had that.  It was a good idea that was unfortunately dropped.
