So I was wondering after the teen stage when the teen gets sick, how many hours till it evolves into an adult?

Normally the next day, it will evolve into a adult character, depending on the amount of care you have given it will decide what character it will evolve into.

It will change 5 minutes before it takes it's third poop after getting sick, this is how i keep track of my gen1/gen2 when i have them going.
