I'll order a Tamagotchi iD L 15th anniversary. I checked in Tama zone about Tamagotchi iD L 15th anniversary for gather some info. So, I heard that the iD L almost same to the 15th anniversary. So, my question is : can I adopt pets in the 15th anniversary?

Yes, you could adopt pets on the Tamagotchi iD L15th. They're pretty cute.
