I got Tamagotchi P's + decopierce 2 days ago and I want it evolve become Lovelitchi. I saw the growth character and it's says that I must use Stage Mic 3 times. How I can get Stage Mic ?

The stage mic is available at the shop when the pierce has been linked

Yes, the Stage Mic is not an item available on the P's - you'll need the Love-Melo piercing for this to become available.
