No, you need to buy a Royal Change pierce or pre-order a Fairy Change one.

Anyway does it have like an achievement like the in the I'd L you have to get Tamatomo stamps or do you just do nothing?

Puzzle Pieces replace the Tamatomo stamps. They are exactly the same premise.

If you buy the pierce together with the P's on a hobby store it's not 30$ extra but about 3$ extra.

Where I can pre-order Melody Land pierce or Fairy changes pierce ? ( Don't eBay. My parents don't have Paypal. They only have Visa and Mastercard )

I checked in HLJ, but there aren't any Fairy change deco pierce and Melody Land deco pierce. It's okay you don't know where to pre-orfer except eBay. Btw, is Royal Change deco pierce had some games ?
