I LOVE SHIZUKU! It is the second best anime ever invented. Here is part 1, episode 1

It's about cute little raindrops being weird. The main character annoys me, though, he has an annoying laugh. XD I like it because it is cute, lighthearted, weird, and the characters look like chao.

That's the Italian version. The original version is Japanese.
