I ordered a tama in amazon. I opened the order details and it said that my order will arrive abouit on 8 March - 14 March. I waited until when I arrived at home, my order haven't arrive yet. So, I emailed to the seller ( the seller's name is GREAT WASABI MATCHA JAPAN. It's 97% positive ). I checked in japan.post.com. There aren't any some adding information about my order ( the adding information were stop when the order dispatched from the office ). I waited for the reply from the seller until tonight. The seller haven't reply me yet. So, is the seller lied to me ?

Give the mail some time. You likely ordered from Japan and that is for "close areas by Japan" airmail can take longer then they specify. Give the mail atleast twice of what they specify.

Economy 1-4 weeks and sometimes as crazy as 2 months, rarely unless larger item.
Airmail can take 1-3 weeks. Sometimes 4...
Registered 1-2 weeks.
Ems 3-5 days, up to a week and a half at busy times...

Give or take, based on my shipping times.

Like SailorRosette said, Japanese Air Mail will take time. Just be patient
And the date given is just an estimated date. No worries; your Tama will be here in a week or a few days

I agree with both posts above, but also make sure that if the seller doesn't contact you back in anyway and you start to get close to - what is it? 30 days or so? you can contact ebay to get things cleared up between you two. You can open a case through ebay and they will help you resolve issues, but I think it needs to be within like 30 days. So just keep an eye on it. Usually stuff takes a bit longer to make it through shipping (think of different shipping holidays for countries) and then through customs.... international shipping can be a gut grindingly slow process, but I can say that most things I have ordered from Japan will make it to the US safely. 

 

Just keep trying to get in touch with the seller if you feel you need to (you should if you are going to open a case through ebay anyway) and give them some time since their hours are kinda flipped from us and give them about 2-3 days to get back in touch. (that gives them like 48 hours to find the email....)

EDIT - I'm a moron and didn't see AMAZON - Amazon actually has pretty helpful customer service too - I would follow the same suggestions for dealing with them if you have any trouble. Honestly I think you will be okay, but Amazon is helpful anyway. :3

Yea i agree with the others since its commin from japan its kinda gonna take long to receive it...
And when ever u buy another tama get it from ebay...i had buyed tama id l princess spacey n it only took a few days for me to recieve it
