Fake P1/P2?

I found this on eBay earlier today

I don't see the Bandai text on the back of it, and I don't recognize the shell design. Is this a fake? Do I need to report it?

These are real. I own this shell. Its a Tamagotchi Mini, aka, Tamagotchi Chibi.
