Today, my p's evolve to cosmotchi. I want he evolve to mametchi. I saw on growth chart that mametchi must have 2 personalities : intelligence and strong. How my p's have 2 personalities ?

Mametchi has two icons by him because you can have either one of those icons and get Mametchi - that doesn't mean you need both! So, you can have either a strong personality or an intelligent personality and still get Mametchi.
