What is Himitsukichi on p's anyway ?

I've got 3 tamatomo stamps. After I got 4 tamatomo stamps yesterday, I able to go to a place named Himitsukichi. My Raitotchi walk to some forest, and he go into the secret lab. He talked to Mametchi. Idk what he talked about. After he talked to my Raitotchi, my Raitotchi suddenly go home. What is Himitsukichi ? Who has unlocked that place, what Mametchi talked about ?

Himitsu Kichi means "secret base" or "laboratory". There you'll meet your previous Tamatomo characters and they will talk about assembling a rocket.

You see, for each Tamatomo character you get, not only you unlock new places, but each comes with a piece of the "rocket" blueprint that you will see under the notebook.

So far, no one has completed all 32 rocket blueprint pieces yet, so we can't tell what will happen once the rocket has been built.

This information was mentioned on the guidebooks as a "secret" event.

So, the blue print is on Tamatomo list ?
