How do you connect a P's and ID L?

go to the final icon on the top row (the heart thingy) then on the id l click to connect to another id l and under the p's click the one that says id l at the end of it (theres a bunch of japanese characters first) then click the a button untill the things say connecting then hit it again and the litttle wifi signal will become darker and then they will connect :lol:
