Hello... I was wondering if I could post download links to demos / samples of my Tamagotchi: A Tama Friend in Need on the forums?  Or does it go against the personal site advertising rules?  It will be on a file sharing site (depositfiles), not my own site, but I am still not sure.

People actually want to see that, so I think you can.

Probably if you post it in the Tamagotchi Fan Game topic, since the topic has been made just for the game.

If its to do with the game directly, I don't think posting the link is bad in my book. I think PMing the users included with the link is better.
Just a recommendation, make it a password file download. That way only people with the download password can see/use it. (pass the password to users in the PM, and maybe just the users currently helping make the game for now.)
