I'm looking to complete my connections collection, so I want to get a V 5.5 (Celebrity familitchi, I think) but I have no idea what it looks like. Does it look like like the V5, or does it have the key? And while I was looking for one on eBay, I found that some of them had a C or a K after the title. What does that mean? Thank you in advance!

The American one looks exactly like the V5. The only way to tell them apart at first glance is the packaging and shell design.

The Asia/Oceania one (or maybe the European one) looks just like a V5, but it has a key on the right side. Not on the antenna.

My search results on eBay...

When I search "tamagotchi v5.5" http://www.ebay.com/...cat=0&_from=R40

When I search "tamagotchi v5 celebrity" http://www.ebay.com/...ebrity&_sacat=0

When I search "tamagotchi v5.5 celebrity" http://www.ebay.com/...ebrity&_sacat=0

The name of this Tama in the US is "Tamagotchi V5 Celebrity" but in many other countries it is "Tamagotchi V5.5."

As for the "C" and "K" I don't know what that means, sorry. It may refer to the shell design, just guessing?

The Tamagotchi called:

Tamagotchi Connection V 5- Celebrity Familitchi C

I have that Tamagotchi, and it is a V5.5/V5 Celebrity.

But wow, some of those prices are outrageous! I paid $20 for mine when it came out.

So the ones with the key on the side, and the ones without, they are the same version.
