As Hayden said, just keep playing games with it. Also, make sure you don't overfeed your tama. If the hungry and happy hearts are full, don't give it a meal or snack. Another thing to do is when the happiness goes down, play games instead of feeding it a snack. He will lose weight because of the game and won't gain at all because you didn't feed it a snack.
