A new tamatown like site has came, with original characters! Yeah, it's all in Japanese, but there's some similarities to the tamatown v6 I think!

How cute ^^! Hopefully over time we as a community will figure out how to play this Tamatown seamlessly.

Just skimming over the features it looks far better than anything Bandai US have produced in terms of Tamatowns ._.

I tried to make a account. It was hard. I don't know if I even do have a account.

It's not in Japanese for me! but when I tried to activate my account, it said an error occured...but there are some pretty cute characters.

It's a bit hard to understand, but if you get used to it, it's really fun!

The words. I do not know what they mean. XD

But looks very cool. ^^ Wonder if it's for IDLs and P's or...

Neat! I can't read the site though. That little grey dude at the top reminds me of what would happen if a Mametchi mated with a Pikachu.

-The Yumemitchi type character is named "Kyaretchi"

-The fluffy Kuchipatchi type character is named "Watapatchi"

-The green ghost type character with a star hanging from his or her head is named "Hoshipukatchi"

-The blue character sitting in a trash can is named "Polybucketchi" (Short for "polyethylene bucket," basically a trash can)

-The orange character with yellow horns is named "Devitchi" (Probably a new devil type character, the name says it all)

-The racoon type character is named "Motetchi" (I'm guessing from "moteru" which translates to "being popular")

-The witch type character is appropriately enough named "Witchi"

-The character in the red dress is named "Puttkutchi"

(The first part of post is a cut and paste of part of a post I made at Tama Zone. I just figured that it would be worth posting here considering some of you here don't visit TZ.)

Also, the characters can be recolored to an extent once you've selected one. I haven't actually started yet (Just picked out a Polybucketchi, recolored him, and named him Oscar), but I will be after I finish my weightlifting competition on Sunday.

From what I've heard it's an online game not unlike Neopets and Moshi Monsters. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with P's or IDLs.

To make an account, you HAVE to say you're from Japan.

After I got over all the trials and tribulations of making an account, it's quite fun! Everything's in Japanese, so a lot of guesswork is involved.

Quick start guide/crash course:

When you enter the site, choose a Tamagotchi character. This is the one you'll be using on TamaGoTown. It may take some messing around and pushing of different buttons (at least it did with me because I'm so prone to overanalyzing everything).

Then you will be prompted to give it a name and change the colors.

Eventually, it will tell you to enter your user name (not your account one, just one that you want people to see along with your Tamagotchi's name).

Then, start playing games to earn Gotchi points.

I'm completely baffled otherwise. I just met up with Mametchi, and from the little Japanese I can read, he gave me some kind of mission.

I'm still yet to check it out in full, but from what I have seen it's pretty nice!

to bad its not in english but im trying to choose a character but it doesnt pick her when i choose.. it just goes back to the screen to choose a character.. wierd

Even though it isn't in english, you can play games. Some of them are educational!

Also, you can decorate your room. It's even better than music city!!

Woohoo, I've worked it all out. It's a great site! I'm on there as Mame Lavu.

Hmmm... I might join. Should I? Is it good? Do you need to know alot of Japanese to make your way around the site?
