As far as I know, it doesn't restock.
Although I heard that when your Tama grows older, more designs are added.

Yes, I think it is just the same designs per generation. As the above says, newer ones are added but are more costlier and "rare".

Normally it has all 4 or 5 (sorry I haven't ran my Tamago it a while) original interiors. It has a few special ones as well. Try to look in the interior shop more often during the holidays.(Or you could try setting your tama to a certain date. Like Christmas or Holloween). The special ones are more likely to be there. I think...
