How to delete downloads?

I just wanted to know how you can delete downloads on an ID L, ID, etc.

Since you can only have so much on there at once, like 2 extra mini games, and etc.

I just want to know before I'm confused when I try to delete something.

 
The games have a option everytime before you play a game. The bottom option I believe. Then when you make a new wallpaper or items you can save over the same slot. I generally keep my stuff or they get saved over when I add things.

 
A context menu appears when using a download item looks like this:

つかう？(Use?)

→はい (Yes)

　いいえ (No)

　けす (Delete)

When you select Delete it will ask you for confirmation. I guess this appears the same way when you buy download items or play a downloaded game as well.
