how do i put a picture for my profile?

Click on Your Profile (top right hand corner of the TT screen)
> My Settings
> Photo (Change my photo) or
> Profile Ino (Edit my About Me page) or
> Profile Customisation (Background)
There are guidance notes on sizes of files, etc. that you are allowed to use on some of the screens - you will see them if you look for them as you are clicking through to the various screens
