You see I trying to get a p1 I just don't which one it is

P1's have sort of a checkered background and P2's have a swirly one like this:

The first link is definitely a P1, but the second picture I can't tell. I think it might also be a P1, just from a different country (possibly somewhere in europe?)

EDIT: After reading the box in the second picture, I'd assume it's a P2 just because it says "all new characters" which leads me to believe that it's not a P1.

This over here is a P2. As Brittygotchi stated, "All New Characters" definitely helps, and looking at the background does too - notice the swirlies?

The clear blue Tamagotchi is a P1. Unfortunately, the picture is a bit too big to post! But take a look at the background - checkered.
