Tamagotchi P's and Sanrio Pierce question

Hi. I recently got a tamagotchi P's along with a Sanrio pierce, and When my tama evolved, (was a male) it evolved to Mugomogutchi. I went to Puroland, to change the outfit, and it said something (I can't read Japanese) and went back to the Home screen. Can anybody help what is the reason for this? Also, what are Gotchi points...? o_o :p

 
It did this because Mogumogutchi cannot change with the Sanrio pierce. Only certain characters can change on each pierce. Gotchi Points are earned by playing mini-games and you use them to buy items, clothes, etc.
