(I forgot to put part one on my first one lol)

The next day I had to go to school once more, and soon enough I was home and at my mother's bedroom's door. I found the same Meloditchi I saw yesterday, so I rushed to the kitchen and grabbed the pills. I looked inside the bag my mother marked "Tamagotchi food", and it looked like dog food. "She has to eat this stuff?" I said to myself in disgust. I put away the bag and looked in the fridge for something else she could eat. "What else do Tamagotchis eat...?" I questioned, but then I came across some cupcakes I bought a few days ago. I pulled out one of them and rushed to my mother's room.

She ate the pills like normal, but she seemed rather surprised when I gave her the cupcake. She stared at it for a few minutes, then took a bite and her face lit up. The Meloditchi then devoured it and smiled at me. That was the first time I've ever seen her smile. For some reason, it made me feel warm inside to see her happy. I walked back into the kitchen and put away the pills. I grabbed the bag of supposedly "Tamagotchi food" and tossed it into the trash. Even cupcakes were healthier for her than this crap.

The next day, then the next and the next. I did more stuff with the Meloditchi every day. I fed her sweets, took her to the park, bought her stuff, it was like she was my own Tamagotchi. But I still had to leave her at my house while I was at school, and there was nothing I could do about that. I hope she'd understand I had to go to school, but was it all the pain it puts her in?

The rain was pouring. It drenched the outside world as I watched from the bus windows. Finally, it was my stop, so I got off and rushed straight to my house. I walked into my mother's room, and again I saw the Meloditchi in pain. But something wasn't right about it this time. I got the pills and ran right back, I always have to take care of her sickness first. But this time, she wouldn't take the pills. Meloditchi's always done this before, why not now? Then I noticed she was breathing heavily, then I felt her very high fever and realized we've must've left her home too many times, too many care misses must've made her very sick. Pills couldn't help her now, I thought. I picked her up and ran out the front door to the nearest hospital.
