Its ok I personally didn't get on with it. Its pretty much the same as Wild World only difference is you can go to the "City" where Gracie has a shop so you dont have to wait for the rare chance that she comes to town and its the first one you can change your shoes in. Theres an Animal Crossing Wikia page its got lots of info about the games.

If you've played other Animal Crossing games you should catch on really quickly. 
It has the same general game play of buying furniture, chatting to villagers, etc. Now each player has a different house instead of all living together in the same one, and you can paint your roof whenever you like. It has better graphics and a few new but minor features, but be warned; the fish seem much harder to catch!
