debuggin?

What is that like hacking the tamagotchi saw a topic on here that the connections do it does the music star do it and how is it done?

Music Star cannot be debugged.

On other connections (preferably V2 and V3) you have to take apart the Tamagotchi and use a pencil to scribble over the little golden pattern on the chip which says "debug". Make sure it's fully covered in pencil lead. Then, put your Tamagotchi back together and it will be in debug mode and you will see some pretty weird characters you can choose from! To un-debug your Tamagotchi, use an eraser to rub out the pencil lead you put on the inner chip.

V4 and V4.5 have debug buttons but all they do is make the Tamagotchi go in super fast time, and once you debug it, you cannot make it go back to normal.

I disagree on just one thing: I debugged my Tamagotchi V4.5 and it was a mess: crazy hyperspeed and no fun. So I opened the Tamagotchi back up, and erased the pencil lead, and my Tamagotchi was back to normal.

I did end up breaking the sound wires on that Tamagotchi since I opened it up so many times and wasn't very gentle, however.

I think i did this with my v2 I don't remember because that was almost ten years ago. I remember weeing it though wow I want one to see what the characters look like
